For most itineraries we recommend booking 6–12 months ahead, especially for peak season sailings (Mediterranean summer, Alaska, Christmas/New Year). Last-minute deals do exist but availability on luxury vessels is limited.
Yes. Beyond the sailings we publish, we build itineraries around how you actually want to travel — the ports you care about, the length of the voyage, pre- and post-cruise stays, private transfers and shore arrangements. Tell us what you have in mind and we will put a proposal together.
Every quote states in full what it covers — typically the cabin or suite, onboard dining, entertainment, port charges and government taxes. Flights, travel insurance, shore excursions, spa treatments and premium beverages vary by cruise line and are always listed separately, so you can see exactly what you are paying for before you commit.
We do. We arrange flights, airport and port transfers, and hotel stays either side of the sailing, and we can advise on travel insurance appropriate to the voyage. Cover for medical care and cancellation is worth arranging as soon as you book, not just before you travel.
Cancellation terms are set by the cruise line and depend on how close to departure you are — they are set out in writing at the time of booking, before any payment is taken. If your plans change, contact us as early as you can: in many cases we can move you to another sailing instead of cancelling outright.
