Hawaii: I feel incredibly blessed to have a second home in Kona on the Big Island. I love getting outside—hiking around Kilauea Volcano, checking out the local farmers' markets, and enjoying fresh, amazing food at my favorite spot, Meridia—especially while watching the sunset. I also love traveling to Hawaii by cruise ship, because it lets me explore the neighboring islands too.

Asia- especially Japan, Taiwan, and South Korea—is one of my favorite places to visit, and it never disappoints, particularly when it comes to Asian cuisine. I also love how easy it is to get around, thanks to modern public transportation!

Mediterranean: Visiting the Grand Mediterranean felt like stepping into a postcard. I loved how each place was both relaxing and full of history. One moment I’d sit back and take in a peaceful view, and the next I’d be wandering through local shops, soaking up the sights and sounds. I’d end the day with fresh, comforting meals made with olive oil, herbs, and seafood—each bite capturing that classic Mediterranean vibe.

Mexico: Visiting Mexico was like stepping into a world full of color, music, and warm hospitality. I especially love hosting Zoe’s lovely passengers at our fiesta party in Cabo! There’s always a delicious spread of fresh homemade Mexican cuisine, cold frozen margaritas, and a live mariachi band that keeps the good vibes going.

Panama Canal: Sailing through the Panama Canal was truly unforgettable. From the moment we entered, everything felt bigger. As we moved toward the locks, it became even more fascinating. Watching the water rise and then lower was amazing. When we visited Panama City, the people were warm and friendly, and I really enjoyed the local fresh seafood cuisine.

Transatlantic Crossing: A transatlantic crossing both directions (east and westbound) was a relaxing and memorable adventure. If you love easy, relaxing sea days, it’s a must-do itinerary. Once we left land behind, the days felt slow and comfortable, with beautiful ocean views and plenty of time to unwind. I enjoyed the ship’s routine—good meals, relaxing time onboard, and watching the sky and waves change each day.
